PARENTS INFORMATION:

Now that you have registered your child for CVAC baseball/softball, what happens next?

Your child will be placed on a team in the league appropriate for their age level. The coach of the team will contact you for the time and place of the first meeting. If you have not heard from the coach by Feb. 28th, please call the information line and leave your name and phone number. We will return the call ASAP.

The fundraiser will start early so we can get it completed prior to the start of the season. Please sell your allotment for the fundraiser early and turn in the money so we can fund the club operations.

Each team is assigned a project to be completed to help keep the fields ready to play. Shetland, Pinto and Mustang leagues will be assigned weeks to mow and trim lawns at CVAC field. All teams will be assigned fields to for infield maintenance. All teams will participate in the field clean up Day(s) prior to the start of the season.

Each Parent is expected to assist in the club operations. This may be fulfilled by any of the following jobs: Coach, asst. coach Team Mom. Fund raiser coordinator Score Keeper, Training required. Picture day/Recognition coordinator Accept a position on the board. Since our club has year around responsibilities, we will be asking a few of you to help keep CVAC Fields mowed and trimmed off-season. Also, most of the painting projects will have to be completed during the dry months.

Remember that our club is successful only when every one participates. Please step up and do your part. You may call us with any questions about our program that your coach cannot answer.
