It shall be the duty of the 3rd Vice President to:

1. Perform the duties of the 2nd Vice President in their absence.
2. Assist the President as necessary when called upon.
3. Maintain accurate and current copies of Title 24 RCW, CVAC's articles of incorporation, bylaws, CVAC Ground Rules and any other applicable rules of CVAC or PONY Baseball, Inc.
4. Continually research the validity and intent of the bylaws and rules, and bring to the attention of the board of directors, any discrepancies and/or suggested revisions.
5. Is an authorized co-signer of disbursement forms and checks drawn upon the regular financial account of CVAC.
